[1.09b] Gambling chances

Hi All
I’ve recently came back to d2 and I was wondering what are the chances to gamble unique, rare and sets in 1.09b? 1.10 improved them a lot but I am actually curious how much?
1.10:
Unique 0.05%
Set 0.1%
Rare 10%

Just checked the code and did the calculations, please let me know if I’m correct
1.09
Unique 0.001%
Set 0.01%
Rare 7.989%

Haha, I don’t know the number but I know even though the 1.09 patch notes says they increased gambling rates, it’s still pretty much impossible to get a set/unique. It’s good for rares though especially at early and late stages of gameplay. Especially given there isn’t much else to sink your gold on.

So recently I’ve playing bowazon on 1.05b, 1.09b and 1.10f to compare the gameplay. I actually though 1.10 had much higher chances to gamble rares, they were dropping like crazy. Maybe it was just my luck I had actually gambled a few uniques in 1.10+ in my whole career

hey [mention]oli[/mention] ! if you like Gambling, and are not opposed to mods, then you might want to check out 1.09b final edition by galaxyhax. The rates were reverted to patch 1.06 rates. I do all my gambling there now and already landed some nice uniques
